Because the majority of our guests come here to get away from it all and relax, we do not intrude upon them with daily housekeeping, and our units are not equipped with telephones.
All units are ground level, have porches (most are screened), A/C, cable TV, and private bathrooms with showers.
All bedrooms include: small refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, private bathroom w/shower, A/C, cable TV.
All kitchen units are equipped for the preparation of a simple meal.
Furnished linens include: Bath towels, wash cloths, sheets & pillowcases, blankets and bedspreads. Crib linens are not provided
Outdoor grills, and a lighted fish cleaning station are available for our guest to use.
Be sure to try our awesome outdoor shower, at least once during your stay, in the warmer months. Don't be surprised if you have to wait in line!
* Rates for the bedrooms and efficiencies are based on two person occupancy- please add $10.00 per night for each additional person or $50.00 per week. Children DO count in maximum occupancy. One child under the age of 5 stays free.
** ALL ACCOMMODATIONS are subject to NC state and Dare County sales and lodging tax (currently 11.75%).
**Prices apply to advance reservations and are subject to change at any time, and may be higher during special events, holidays and on some weekends.
*CHECK IN- If you wish to be able to occupy your accommodation before 11:00 AM, you will have to pay for the previous night, in order to assure that it is ready when you arrive. We cannot rent the unit to someone else and expect them to leave early, so that we can prepare it for your arrival, nor can we afford leave it empty. We are flexible and do allow you to check in before 3:00 PM if your rental is ready. If you have not paid for an early check-in, PLEASE, do not arrive before 11:00 AM, this causes delays for us, while preparing everyone's places.
